12 month Fixed Term Contract, up to 3 days WFH

London, EC2R 7HJ

Salary range: £50-£55k DOE + bonus + fantastic benefits

The role:

As Healthcare Insights Manager you will provide subject matter expertise that help deliver on the global clinical function’s goals by bringing valuable intelligence, supporting a learning culture and insights-driven approach to decision making across the Bupa Group. You will work closely with an active network of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across Bupa.

You’ll help us make health happen by

Managing processes and platforms which provide multiple functions internationally with an up-to-date view of healthcare developments and their anticipated impact

Supporting the development of an internal and external intelligence network to support activity across the Group Clinical function

Reporting to members of the Bupa Board, Executive teams and senior management to challenge thinking and drive action

Under the strategic direction of the Head of Clinical Horizon Scanning, this role will oversee Healthcare Intelligence processes, and support the continuous development of the service to maximise its value

Support the writing of reports and presentations to senior stakeholder groups

Provide comprehensive, concise, and objective recommendations that are based on a variety of reputable information sources, internal and external data points

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Diverse clinical and commercial experience within a strategic setting

Experienced in combining data points and complex information to complex and multinational environments

Detailed project management experience and the ability to adopt agile methodology

Ability to integrate and articulate clinical and commercial outcomes when developing and presenting information with a potential future business impact

Excellent literature searching and critical appraisal of health literature and assessment of information skills, including horizon scanning methodologies, external tracking tools and data used to identify healthcare trends and technologies

Strong organizational and programme management skills, able to prioritise competing demands and work in many disciplines simultaneously

Fluency in a second language: Spanish or Polish would be beneficial
