Our award-winning home in Three-Legged Cross provides person-centred care for up to 71 residents, specializing in Residential, Dementia & Respite care.

Healthcare Assistant Contract Dayshift

  • £11.44 per hour
  • Part-Time or Full-Time
  • Shift Time: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Pension scheme
  • 5.6 weeks of annual leave
  • Paid DBS
  • Onsite parking
  • Meals provided during shift

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver high-quality care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents while respecting their dignity and preferences.
  • Support Daily Activities: Assist with personal care, meal support, mobility, and other daily living activities tailored to residents' needs.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere where residents feel valued and connected.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and effective care environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Healthcare Assistant is ideal, but we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who are eager to work with the elderly.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Values: Integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork are essential for success in this role.
