Health and Safety Advisor
Leicestershire/Midlands
Permanent
£45,000 - £50,000 plus package
Shirley Parsons are excited to partner exclusively with a family-owned residential developer based in the Midlands. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a health and safety professional within construction to gain experience leading across multiple sites and working closely with the Health and Safety Manager to implement iniatives across the region. Due to the nature of this company, there will be opportunities to support with qualifications and development upon completion of the probation period.
The Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
- Accident Investigations, site inspections and contractor engagement
- Taking a leading role within sites to help implement initiatives and encourage compliance
- Reporting findings back to Health and Safety Manager and working closely with project managers
The Health and Safety Advisor will have:
- NEBOSH Construction/General
- Construction background, ideally with knowledge of temporary works and CDM
- Personable and engaging with willingness to learn and develop within the sector
- Must have full UK Driving Licence
- UK Residents only
