An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Derbyshire County Council’s Public Health Department, within Live Life Better Derbyshire, supporting the work of the Adult Weight Management Programme within the Chesterfield locality.
We have a fabulous opportunity for one successful candidate to join a dynamic, and growing service which is looking for an individual to deliver on our Tier 2, Adult Weight Management Programme. The successful candidate must have a passion and ability for supporting Derbyshire residents to make healthier choices, and support making changes as part of their weight loss journey.
