We are seeking a dedicated and compassionateHealth Care Assistant to be based in UK. The ideal candidate willassist in the delivery of highquality care to our patients underthe supervision of qualified healthcare professionals. The roleinvolves providing physical and emotional support to patientspromoting their independence and dignity and ensuring their comfortand safety at all times.
JobOverview:
- Assistpatients with personal care tasks including bathing dressing andtoileting.
- Help patients with mobility andphysical therapy exercises.
- Provide emotionalsupport to patients and their families.
- Assistin the monitoring of patients vital signs and report any changes tohealthcare professionals.
- Ensure patients roomsare clean and tidy.
- Assist with mealpreparation and feeding if necessary.
- Maintainaccurate patientrecords.
Requirements:
- Previousexperience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role isdesirable but not essential.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3in Health and Social Care or equivalent ispreferred.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Compassionate andempathetic nature.
- Ability to work well as partof a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safetyregulations.
- Medical degree from anaccredited medicalschool
- Fullregistration with the General Medical Council (GMC) in theUK
