Job Title: Health and Social Care Lecturer

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Per annum
Job Duties:
- Delivering engaging lectures and seminars on health and social care topics
- Developing and updating course materials and curriculum in line with industry standards
- Providing academic support and guidance to students
- Conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback to students
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Health and Social Care or a related field
-MA Degree
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or training in the health and social care sector
Education:
- MA in Health and Social Care or related field
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, etc.)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years teaching or training experience in health and social care
- Experience in curriculum development and delivery
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of health and social care practises and legislation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Health and Social Care or related field
- Experience in research or publication in health and social care
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in an educational setting such as a college or university
- Regular office hours with occasional evening or weekend work required
- Interaction with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders
