What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will be responsible for delivering food, while working alongside both the culinary and sommelier teams to deliver exceptional service during the day. This will include completing the opening mise-en-place on time as well as closing duties, and having extensive menu knowledge. All to ensure that our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
