It is this element of complete ownership of the Supply Chain that few other businesses will be able to offer you. There is work to be done on the systems so if you have a strong background in excel/spreadsheets/IT that will be of particular interest.

Any other core requirements? A good sense of humour! These guys don’t take themselves too seriously, they recognise not everything goes perfectly in the food industry or supply chain, but have a real desire and focus to offer a really high service, to match the premium quality and taste of their food.

You will report into the Operations Director who has recently joined the business and who has a fantastic background combining what good likes like from some of the biggest food manufacturing companies in the UK with experience of working in smaller start-ups so knows this landscape too. If you’ve ever felt the frustrations of knowing you could improve a Supply Chain function this is a great opportunity to make your mark – “how can we make this better?” “How can we extract more?”, “What if we use it this way”?
