The Head of Performance Pathway will lead the delivery of the Norfolk Pathway strategy to identify and develop the highest potential cricketers within Norfolk.
To lead the development and delivery of the boys and girls performance pathway in Norfolk, including the boys Emerging Players Programme. The successful candidate will be required to work some evenings and weekends as the role requires and must be eligible to work in the UK. The role will be supported by other members of the development team for some operational and administrative tasks.
Head of Performance Pathway must support the pathway outcomes that have been developed in Norfolk to ensure players have the best possible opportunity to reach their full potential. The successful candidate is required to set an example of excellence and shall be a role model for the coaching framework in Norfolk.
