About the role:
Based in Central London (Hybrid):
This is a part-time, 3 day per week role.
Leading the intelligence team, to ensure delivery of core analytical workstreams, including development of reports, presentations, needs assessments and evaluations.
Overseeing and assuring analytical approaches (using primary and secondary data, quantitative and qualitative sources) to understand and respond to population health challenges
Manage strategic relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders both within and outside the Public Health Directorate and provide expert public health, statistical and epidemiological advice
Develop processes and system to optimise the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the intelligence team
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or related discipline, UKPHR registration.
Deep and long-standing practical experience of health intelligence in a Public Health or population health organisation.
Experience of project management, team leadership
Expertise in designing and deploying analytical approaches using a range of analytical software to inform policy and organisational decision-making
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to large audiences featuring public health, statistical or epidemiological information

Salary: £428+ per day, inside IR35
