Rutherford Briant are recruiting a Head of Finance for a dynamic group within the FMCG manufacturing sector.
The role would suit an experienced Financial Controller used to leading a group function. The business has recently acquired 2 new businesses into the group, bringing the turnover to c.£100m.
The role involves:Developing the reporting systems and functions for the group
Integrating newly acquired businesses into the accounting function
Building a fit for purpose Head Office Finance Team
Working closely with the CFO on potential new business acquisition opportunities
Financial Reporting systems improvements and integration
Reporting across a multi-site multi country environment The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced ACA/ ACCA Qualified Financial Controller with manufacturing experience.
