This role is all about helping an improvement program for a business that is excellent in a lot of areas and wants to bring despatch up to this benchmark. You will be welcomed if you bring new ideas and an energy to not let the status quo maintain but rather look to embed a CI focus of sustainable improvement, with the direct backing of the Director.
You will have a proven track record in supply chain leadership gained in a fast-moving environment and experience in improving a Despatch area. You will lead the despatch team through a range of direct and indirect reports, and this will be critical to the improvement journey.
