Principal Resourcing have a rare opportunity for a Head of Computer Science/ Information Technology to join one of inclusive Secondary Academies based in Leeds from November 2024 . You will provide full-time teaching and leadership for KS3/4 pupils and staff to meet the needs of the Department.
The Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School caters for pupils aged 11-16 and is located to the South of Leeds City Centre. Rapidly becoming the school of choice for the area, the school are seeking to expand their staff team and appoint a Head of Compute Science/IT to ensure the smooth running and leadership of Computing lessons across KS3/4.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and learning and will be a creative, motivational and effective classroom practitioner. You will raise attainment and progress through innovative and engaging teaching and will be an inspirational classroom teacher with a proven track record of securing outcomes across the key stages. The successful candidate will be willing to train an IT teacher to deliver Computer Science KS4.
