Head of Colleague Experience, 8CS Corp Real Estate Mgmt 11 month Secondment / Fixed term

The Deputy Chief Operating Office (DCOO) organisation comprises a set of outcome focused service pillars including Corporate Services, Chief Control Office, DBS Transformation Services, ServCo Management, DCOO Digital and Transformation, Group Transactions Implementation, as well as regional COO oversight for Canada, LATAM and MENAT.

In this fantastic, immediate role, you will ensure operational excellence of all Facility Services, including FM, Engineering, Health & Safety, Project Management required to deliver a best in class customer experience across HSBC’s global headquarters, 8 Canada Square and Cork Street, London

In this role you will:

  • Drive seamless delivery through leveraging the internal team of property professionals and external third-party partnerships ensuring robust governance and adherence to SLA’ and KPI’s
  • Be accountable for management and ongoing operation of the HSBC global headquarters, 8CS and London Offices with strategic leadership, guidance and support from the Global Head of Corporate Services, UK and wider team
  • Act as single point of contact for all issues and escalations from business & functional stakeholders related to 8CS and London Offices
  • Ensure that company facilities and supplier activities comply with Group health, safety and fire standards, insurance requirements and relevant local and national mandatory standards
  • Work with the wider Corporate Services team to drive innovative ‘end-to-end’ customer focused solutions that align with new hybrid working, drive thinking around future purpose and usage of the office
  • Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong expertise and knowledge in Building / Facilities Management Operations, Project Management, Incident Management, Hard and Soft Services, and Hospitality
  • Experience in delivering workplace strategy, change management and design
  • Extensive background in corporate functions
  • Extensive Capital projects management experience
  • IWFM or RICS affiliation desired
  • This role is based in London.
