About the jobTo Lead and develop a dedicated, effective, efficient customer focused amenity team, delivering a wide range of operations predominantly within an large housing estate environment.
What We Are Looking For From YouYou must possess a qualification in Amenity Horticulture/ Sports Grounds Maintenance or be able to demonstrate/ evidence significant experience in Amenity Horticulture/Sports Grounds Maintenance.
You must demonstrate your ability to lead, plan programme and actively deliver amenity horticultural operations through the effective deployment of resources within a geographical area or interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in the written word is essential. You must be able to identify solutions / solve problems relating to a wide range of issues and stakeholders relating to Horticulture and Sports Ground successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team showing willingness to assist and support the others together with a commitment to meeting the objectives of the service.
