Daily Covers: 200 when busy

We are looking for an experienced multi rosette or Michelin trained head chef to open a lunch concept in a high-end department store. Hours can only be until 7pm so no late nights!
This is a new opening and there is complete menu freedom within the concept of modern seasonal British elevated food.
You will also have access to high profile events within the store, featuring canapés and bowl food menus.
You will be leading a team of 5 or 6 chefs through service and aiming for 200 covers per day in this 65-seater restaurant.
We are looking for a real professional that can come in and lead the team to by setting standards in the kitchen and creating elegant and refined British food.
This would suit someone with a Michelin background or multi-rosette experience. You could be the Head chef we are looking for so – Apply Today!
