Rhubarb Hospitality Collection (RHC) are looking to recruit an exceptional Head Chef to open a brand new Member’s Club in Central London in late 2024. A refined dining experience showcasing the very best of seasonal, pan-regional Italian cuisine, the exclusive space will cater for approximately 60 covers, for lunch and dinner.
The Head Chef will be the creative driving force behind our high-end Italian restaurant concept from day one. They will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary expertise and artistic flair, crafting dishes that captivate the senses and leave a lasting impression on our members. With a keen understanding of both traditional Italian cooking methods and contemporary London food trends, the Head Chef will curate a menu that reflects the essence of Italian cuisine while pushing boundaries, introducing the highest level of innovation.
As such, we are looking for a senior Chef with a demonstrable track record within an upscale, renowned Italian fine dining restaurant; with a hotly anticipated opening there will be many of the industry’s eyes on us and the successful candidate will need to be able to deliver in this area. They will also need to manage multiple stakeholders as well as work closely with RHC corporate functions including sales, marketing, HR and accounts.
Following an induction to include an all-expenses-paid stage in Italy, The Head Chef will need to recruit, train and oversee a team of 15 talented chefs that can deliver a dining experience like no other.
There will no doubt be pressure and high expectations, BUT as part of RHC, the Head Chef will have the backing of the best culinary team in the industry.
