About the position
The Head Banqueting Chef will oversee all aspects of the banqueting kitchen operations.
You will lead, train, and mentor a team of chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
The role involves menu planning, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate closely with the events team to create bespoke menus tailored to client specifications and seasonal availability.
The successful candidate
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume banqueting or events environment.
Strong focus on presentation and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
