Growth Director – Healthcare Contract Catering

Location: National

Salary: Up to £95,000

We are looking for a proven Healthcare Growth Director to lead this team to continued success. Your overall responsibility will be to improve the market position and financial growth of the company. You will be strategic in your approach and will work alongside your support team to deliver the best results.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent client and consultant relationships have a pipeline in your back pocket ideally and be comfortable working alongside the senior leadership team both from a sales capacity and an operational standing. You will have an excellent technical ability and be confident in bid writing and all aspects of the tender process including HR and presentation.

You will come from a contract catering background and ideally have experience in Healthcare, although if your background lies in B&I my client will still consider you.

The Candidate:

You will be able to demonstrate leadership and success

You will ideally come from a Healthcare sales background in Catering

Managed large teams to success

A deep understanding of Contract Catering

Ambitious and hungry to succeed

Must work well under pressure, be extremely organised and willing to go the extra mile

Polished and well presented

Excellent understanding of all Sales processes including tender and bid writing

Passion for the business
