We arerecruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader whowill be covering a large area providing a grounds maintenanceservice to a mix of corporate and multisite clients will need theability to manage both their own time and the client effectively aswell as being proactive in identifying and generating additionalworks.Onoffer is a salary of up to 29835.00 per year plus overtime companyvan 21 days holiday enrolment into company pension and employeebenefitsscheme.
Asthe Grounds Maintenance Team Leader you willbe:
- Responsiblefor a number of sites in Gloucestershire Herefordshire andWorcestershire where you will be grass cutting strimming hedgecutting pruning maintaining shrubs and beds as well as for leaf andlitterclearing.
- Liaisingwith Clients and working with them to resolve any issues as well asspeaking to them about additional works that the company couldquotefor.
Tobe considered as the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader you willneed:
- Yourdrivinglicence.
- Aminimum of three years landscape / grounds maintenance experienceincluding managing your own time and have been responsible for thegrounds maintenance on a wide range ofsites.
- Tobe happy that the role will include a fair amount of travel to andbetween sites and to be happy with the level of client contact andidentifying where there is the opportunity for additionalworks.
- YourPA1 andPA6.

Your driving licence. A minimum of three years landscape / groundsmaintenance experience including managing your own time and havebeen responsible for the grounds maintenance on a wide range ofsites. To be happy that the role will include a fair amount oftravel to and between sites and to be happy with the level ofclient contact and identifying where there is the opportunity foradditional works. Your PA1 and PA6.
