Job Details
To lead and manage a team of grounds maintenance staff to deliver effective grounds maintenance activities, including the City Centre, parks, open spaces and maintaining a flexible response to meet operational requirements.
Is directly responsible for productivity delivered by a team of up to 8 front line staff and managing performance on a day to day basis, ensuring effective delivery of an environmental grounds maintenance service. Decision making is an integral part of this role.
