Our client is looking for a Graduate Planner to join their growing team in South Wales ! This is an excellent opportunity to get your career in Town Planning started.

What you need:

  • RTPI Accredited degree in Town Planning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to analyse complex data.
  • Solid report writing skills.

    • Daily Duties include:

  • Strategic planning and land promotion
  • Dealing with enforcement appeals
  • Working on planning applications
  •  Providing planning advice to clients
  • Dealing with appeals and negotiations

    • Our client is offering the successful applicant flexible working hours and excellent company benefits. Along with a great starting salary between £22k and £25k.
