Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Graduate IT Support Analyst to join this amazing company.
As part of a busy team, the IT support analyst will facilitate moves, adds and changes, including laptops and peripherals, video-conferencing and portable devices. They will primarily work with BAU, walk-ups and assisting the team in its day-to-day IT work.
The Company are one of the worlds largest Fin Tech Companies around based in Central London.
Principle Responsibilities for the Graduate IT Support Analyst:-
To provide first line support on BAU and walk-ups
Basic administer the Active Directory as required
Basic administer the O365 product suite (Exchange online, SharePoint, AD Sync) as required
To set up the hardware, software and telecoms for new users and be involved in orchestrating any desk moves.
To undertake user administration and housekeeping such as resetting passwords, creating documentation, patching devices etc.
Liaison with external parties when required
End user device build out (Intune, ABM, JAMF)
To ensure the meeting/conference rooms are kept tidy without issue ensuring video-conferencing endpoints and infrastructure cabling works are spot on every day.
Provide regular and reliable updates to the team leader on task progression and closure
Assisting Senior Stakeholders
Assisting Users from other offices around the world.
Person specification:-
A degree in Engineering, Scientific, IT or Mathematical degree.
Knowledge of Windows and Apple Operating System
Knowledge of ITIL will be beneficial
Good comprehension of current IT hardware technologies and software
Great problem solving using a range of sources and methods; suggesting innovative and creative solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to build rapport/relationships (With clients).
Strong analytical, Problem solving and Logical thinking skills.
An interest in IT & financial sector.
This is a full time permanent Graduate IT Support Analyst position, with flexible working hours during the week on a night shift basis either early or lates, offering an annual salary of £30,000 plus to be reviewed after probation, paid holiday, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
