We are seeking a highly motivatedand detailoriented Graduate Electronics Design Engineer to join adynamic engineering team in Southampton.

Ourclient is a leading designer and manufacturer of industrialcomputer systems for use in a broad range of industries worldwide.As a key contributor you will apply your academic knowledge torealworld PCB design projects working on cuttingedge technologiesand developing your skills in a supportive and collaborativeenvironment. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate who ispassionate about PCB design and eager to learn and grow in theircareer.

The successful candidate will join acloseknit team of design professionals who value independence andvaried responsibilities. This small welcoming company offers asupportive work environment along with prospects for careeradvancement longterm growth and job security.

The Role:

  • Design and develop highquality printed circuitboards (PCBs) for various electronicproducts.
  • Utilise industrystandard PCB designsoftware (e.g. Altium Designer) to create schematics layouts andcomponent placement.
  • Ensure PCB designs meetproject requirements industry standards and bestpractices.
  • Collaborate with electricalengineers to ensure PCB designs align with circuit functionalityand performance goals.
  • Participate in PCBprototype development and testing to identify and resolve designissues.
  • Prepare documentation for PCB designsincluding manufacturing files and assemblyinstructions.

ThePerson:

  • This is anideal position for a recent graduate with a strong foundation inelectronics and a passion for PCB Design andtechnology.
  • The successful candidate shouldpossess a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics ora related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills are essential for collaborating with crossfunctional teamsand effectively conveying technicalinformation.

  • Working hours 8.30am to 5.00pmMonday to Friday
