JobResponsibilities:
- Achieve business objectives and sales targets forassigned territories including Manchester and London.
- Oversee daily operations manage budgets and ensureoverall brand compliance with market distribution pricingstrategies and protection against counterfeit products.
- Support and lead the team in formulating effective salesstrategies and setting corporate goals.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existingcustomers consistently proposing solutions that align with theirobjectives.
- Ensure all products and servicesadhere to regulatory standards and quality assurances.
- Maintain rigorous company standards and operationalprocedures across all activities.
- Tackle adhoctasks as assigned by management contributing to companywideinitiatives and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work at Manchesterand/or London.
- Bachelors degreein Business Administration Management or a related field ispreferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience insales and distributor management with a strong preference forcandidates from the vaping tobacco FMCG or smartphoneindustries.
- Proven track record in FMCG salesparticularly with offtrade channel wholesale clients and keyaccounts.
- Fluency in English required;proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills coupled withoutstanding leadership and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively underpressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office andfamiliarity with project management tools.
- Excellent communication and professional businessnegotiation skills.
