We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Global Head of Corporate Services Technology.
Role Description
Corporate Services Technology is a significant part of the Colleague Experience Technology portfolio, within the wider Enterprise Technology Organisation. Corporate Services Technology provides technology leadership and partnership for the Corporate Services business function, covering:
·Corporate Real Estate – Capital and Construction Management, Property Portfolio Management, Workplace Operations and Experience, and Hospitality
·Protective Security – Access Management, Video Surveillance and Intruder Detection
·Business Continuity and Incident Management – Business Continuity, Operational Resilience and Incident Management
HSBC Corporate Services has a huge portfolio of property covering circa 28m square feet globally, including circa 300 offices and 2800 branches, and is embarking on significant technology-enabled transformation to further digitise the way it works. This includes modernising its technology architecture, leveraging Smart Building and IoT technology, optimising the colleague experience and reducing energy consumption. This is a hugely exciting and unique area of technology as it operates at the intersection between the digital and the physical environment, providing opportunities to work across building technologies, CTO infrastructure, sensors and devices, applications and analytics.
The role holder will lead the Corporate Services Technology function and act a strong partner to business teams delivering evolutionary and transformation change and technology service assurance, working with regional and global business / technology leads to provide optimised global services adjusted to address regional requirements where appropriate. This is a global role covering all software delivery including responsibility for strategy, budget, people, vendor service management, contracts and risks.
