We are looking for sales focused team member to be a champion of Gift Voucker [GV] sales throughout the Christmas period.

As a Champneys GV advisor you will champion our brand and create an exciting sales experience. Sharing knowledge and inspiring customers and creating an exciting environment to purchase our GV for a brand that they love.

Always leading from the front, you will take ownership of converting enquiries to purchases, offer excellent customer service, and create an exciting gifting experience to secure and maximise all revenue opportunities.

Some responsibilities include:

• Create brand awareness by actively connecting with our customers.
• Create and approachable, friendly, and exciting environment with colleagues and customers.
• Assist potential customers to purchase by promoting the Champneys brand and the redeemable options of the GV.
• Champion the brand in all areas, be knowledgeable on the business, products and locations.
• Support your line manager in creating a sales action plan that meets our GV Target and your personal target.
