What you'll be doing
⦁ Service of food and/or beverages to customers
⦁ Counter service and upselling
⦁ Serving at functions
⦁ Preparing dining rooms for service
⦁ Bar preparation and serving drinks
⦁ General housekeeping
⦁ Stocking up and stock rotation using the FIFO method
⦁ Cleaning dining rooms and serving areas
⦁ Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of your shift.
⦁ Kitchen cleaning including pot wash and dishwashing
⦁ The job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company
⦁ From time to time there may be a requirement to work at our neighbouring barracks, Fulwood Barracks, PR2 8AA.
Experience
⦁ A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
⦁ Experience in hospitality or food service is desirable however full training will be given for this multi operational role.
