Our client who offers international moving services, is currently looking to appoint an experienced General Manager for their busy Management team of 15-20 staff, in London.
As Removals General Manager you will lead and manage the team to deliver service excellence to customers whilst delivering and exceeding budget margin performance.
Removals General Manager duties include:
The Removals General Manager must have at least 5 years management and leadership experience, and an understanding of business finance to maximise sales and exceed targets. Financial analytics and numeracy skills are vital, as are performance management skills.
We're keen to speak to people with a track record of delivering results, who have the ability to support and motivate employees. Team building and interpersonal skills and being a confident communicator are essential skills.
Ideally the Removals General Manager will come from the removals industry, although suitably skilled professionals with a logistics background will also be considered.
In return, the successful Removals General Manager will be offered up to £55,000, in line with experience and skills.
