Be At One, Manchester is located on Deansgate, expect a decked-out modern interior with some of the best audio and visual effects in the entire Be At One estate. Vibrant décor, an energetic team and over 100 cocktails to choose from all lead to the ingredients to make the best party ever.
We're looking for...
- A passion for mixology - a love of all things cocktails and the ability to pass your knowledge onto the team
- Charismatic leadership - lead, inspire and motivate our bar team, creating a work culture that's as enjoyable as our cocktails
- Entrepreneurial spirit - you'll have a track record of driving sales growth and delivering record results
- Social butterfly - excellent communication and networking skills to engage with our guests and local community
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.
- Effectively manage pre-booked sales, ensuring seamless execution of private events and parties while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Foster strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
