Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English is essential.
- A strong track record of delivering effective and engaging English lessons to secondary school students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for the English language and a proven ability to inspire students to become enthusiastic and confident readers, writers, and communicators.
- Experience in utilizing data to inform teaching and track student progress is desirable.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
