We are recruiting for CONCIERGE RECEPTIONIST to join our client on a temporary on-going basis. For the right candidates this could lead to a permanent position at the client’s discretion.

Greeting guests/residents/contractors

Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties

Arranging and providing contractor visits/job details

Providing or arranging for general business services

Managing customer/residents’ requests for general information or maintenance

Answering calls/ Taking messages

Manage complaints

Managing post and deliveries

You will be:

Confident and happy to work alone

Reliable and hard-working

Go the extra mile to ensure visitors have the best experience

What we need from you:

CV showing previous reception / customer experience

Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof
