BradCare are a Domiciliary Care company based in Swadlincote, providing care to Services users in their own homes. We cover Swadlincote and the surrounding areas.

Pay - £11.70 - £12.05  per hour depending on experience. £17.55 - £18.08 for Bank Holidays.

We are looking for kind, caring, professional, and bubbly people to come and join our team!

For this position, you must hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle.

Shifts available – 06.00 to 14.30 & 15.00 to 22.00 Monday – Sunday  – You will be required to work every other weekend.



Requirements

The Role:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided

Requirements
The Role: - Support care assistants in the community & on induction. - Be a role model for new and existing staff, supporting with shadowing shifts. - Carry out risk assessments/ reviews in Service users home. - Participate in on call duties. - Spot checks, informing office of any good/bad practices. - Medication trained. - Act and cope well under pressure and in emergency situations. - Good written and verbal communication is essential.
