Front of House Team
Situated on the banks of the River Thames in leafy Surrey, The Swan aims to offer the best drinking and dining experience to our wonderful customers. We are the perfect venue for all occasions, offering the biggest beer garden in the area, bookable garden huts with river views, and 2 separate terraces to soak up the sun. Our menus are fresh and seasonal, being designed and created by the whole kitchen team.

What we look for in a Bar staff:
As the successful member of our Front of house team you must be over 18 and have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You’ll get lots of training, learn about all our products & have a good time along the way.
It's not an easy job, it can be hard work, but the smiles you recieve from delighted guests and laughing with you team mates makes working in a quality pub a great place to be. Your role with vary between working the bar inside, the garden bar, running food, clearing tables both inside and outside, wear comfy shoes, we complete many steps every session.
