  • Your role as FOH Supervisor:

    We are looking for talented, motivated and passionate Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.

    Supervisor duties include:

  • Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
  • Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
  • Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
  • Being a supportive and proactive leader

  • You will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
  • A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
