We are seeking a skilled Web Developer & E-commerce Specialist to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our new website and e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in website design, backend development, and e-commerce functionality.
Tasks
1. Website Development:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives for the new website.
• Create a modern, user-friendly site that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
• Ensure the website is responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Implement backend functionality to enable consultants to log in, access candidate CVs, and manage candidate data effectively.
• Integrate with existing recruitment software to leverage its features and capabilities.
2. E-commerce Platform:
• Develop an e-commerce platform that allows clients to review and make purchase
• Enable clients to sign up for monthly subscriptions to receive alerts and access additional features.
• Ensure integration with our CRM system to synchronize data and streamline communication between the website and backend systems.
3. User Experience & Interface Design:
• Optimize the user experience on the frontend to ensure easy navigation and intuitive interactions.
• Design clear and compelling calls-to-action to encourage client engagement and conversion.
• Implement interactive elements and features to enhance user engagement and retention.
4. Testing & Maintenance:
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues before launch.
• Regularly monitor website performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure the website and platform function smoothly.
Requirements
Proven experience in website development and e-commerce platform implementation.
• Experience with backend development and database management.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
