You could be in a new  full time permanent Foundation and Supported Learning Lecturer  position in which you could complete a L5 Teaching Qualification within two years!

Based at in Harrow Weald campus, the Foundation Studies section is a well-established area of the College, and offers provision and support for students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. Learners have a range of special needs including learning difficulties, ASD and complex needs.

You will plan and deliver across a range of courses within the section and contribute to the development and co-ordination of courses.

You will already have a degree or appropriate qualification within this subject area, and have substantial experience of teaching learners within the Foundation section including SEN.

You will need to possess or be willing to obtain an advanced level teaching qualification, and have up-to-date knowledge of good practice in the area. 

If you don’t already have a Level 5 teaching qualification, the college will support you to develop your career, and will fully fund the Level 5 teaching qualification which is undertaken at the College. 

£31,357 to £43,729 per annum plus benefits
