We are recruiting for a Fostering Team Manager to join an Independent Fostering Agency.

About the team

This organisation is a child-centered service, putting the wellbeing of all children and young people at the front and centre of everything they do. This team recognises hard work and supports you in your career progression. As a Team Manager you lead, motivate, and guide a team of social workers to ensure a high quality of care is provided.

About you

The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying managerial experience in fostering. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). You will also need to be Social Work England Registered.
