Ourclient is currently seeking an ambitious and selfmotivatedindividual.
The successfulcandidate will be contracted as a Fitness Motivator working 30hours per week with the additional opportunity to deliver unlimitedPersonal Training at 20 perhour.
Jobdescription:
Promote a positive member journey and experience that generatescompliments and helps retainmembers
Support the FitnessManager with the implementation of various member engagementinitiatives including fitness challenges member of the monthetc
Interact with members tosupport their training goals
Complete the tasks to ensure the standards of the fitness activitymeet company expectations
Increase and maximise occupancylevels
Interact with members tosupport their training goals
Assist in the monitoring of group exercise attendance by checkingcustomers attending
Aid retentiontarget of fitness members through consistent delivery of the EANOP/Fitness Standards
Support thecentre s work towards Quest IiP ISO 14001/and otherawards

Requirements
Requirements:
Youmust be a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor or equivalent with atleast 1year personal training. All successful candidates will berequired to complete a DBScheck.
