Role Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate all Fit and Proper activity across the organisation ensuring that Allwyn is in compliance with its obligations under the 4th national Lottery Licence

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of key stakeholders - People Team, Legal, Procurement , Regulatory Affairs, Protective Security
  • Maintain central tracking database
  • Provide all requested internal reporting information 
  • Act as the point of contact with the Gambling Commission for all updates, queries, waivers, consents and notifications 
  • Develop and deliver awareness of Fit and Proper within the wider business
  • Own and maintain relevant policies and procedures (see below list)
  • Act as escalation point for any queries generated from Fit and Proper checks

Key Measures of Success:

  • All stakeholders are aware of and effectively discharging their responsibilities
  • Central tracker is an accurate reflection of the current state of F&P activity at all times
  • Escalations and issues dealt with in a timely manner
  • GC engagement takes place to the required time scales and provides assurance that F&P is being handled appropriately

 

Requirements

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of the requirements of Fit and Proper checks
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Good attention to detail and ability to track multiple different activities
