Responsibilities:
Lead Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals and growth plans.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard our assets.
Cost Management: Drive cost efficiency and profitability by analysing financial data and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide our finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven track record as a Financial Controller, ideally within the QSR, retail, or hospitality sectors.
Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification. A strong foundation in accounting and financial management.
Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach to team management.
