As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations within our industrial manufacturing unit. Reporting to the group, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.Responsibilities:

Financial Management:Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy andpliance.Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise financial resources.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop annual budgets and forecasts, aligning them with business objectives.Monitor budget performance and provide insights to senior management.

Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular financial reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.Conduct variance analysis and rmend corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures.

Implement and maintain internal controls.

Stakeholdermunication:

Liaise with the group and other departments to provide financial insights.

Present financial results to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or QBE

Proven experience in financial management within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
