Financial Accountant (Renewable Energy)

A listed Renewable Energy business, this organisation are still very much on a growth phase and are planning multiple deals in the next 6 months, with the potential to double global revenues.

Your new role
Working as part of the head quarters function in London, the role will play an integral part of the global delivery of financial information to very senior stakeholders.
With reporting lines across the group, the role will evolve to lead on deals as well as taking overall responsibility for driving effective and efficient external reporting.

Duties

Monthly - Preparation of month-end workings including consolidation reporting

Financial Reporting - Preparation of annual and half-year accounts

Preparation of group statutory accounts

Preparation of finance Board and Auditmittee papers

M&A support - investment reporting and due diligence

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an ACA qualified accountant with a background in practice and the desire to ideally progress into a global listed business.
