Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a progressive Council to recruit for a Finance Business Partner specialising in property. The position will be for an initial 6 months and can offer remote and flexible working.
Responsibilities include;
Frequently Liaising with budget holders and the Head of Property
Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, initiating, and driving continuous improvement in service performance and efficiency
Working on Capital and Revenue projects
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that robust financial controls are in place, and that financial risk is understood
Leading and developing a small customer-focussed finance team
The successful candidate;
Experience working within a Local Authority
Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay financial information to non-financial stakeholders
