Your new role
The Finance Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department in a broad and busy role.
Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
Receiving and recording invoices from suppliers
Allocating and producing PO's
Allocating payments
Managing employee expenses
Aged debtor reporting
Resolving queries from key stakeholders and clients
What you'll need to succeed
Broad experience covering both accounts payable and receivable
Stable career history, showing progression in your current or most recent role
Excellent stakeholder andmunication skills with the ability to build solid relationships internally across the team and externally with customers and suppliers
Knowledge of the Sage Line 50 package would be beneficial
