Field Service Engineer | Covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridge | Working Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm | Up to £35,000 with overtime paid at double time for call-outs

In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring all systems are operating smoothly and efficiently.
Call out rota
- Weekday Evening: 1 weekday evening (5:00 PM - 9:00 AM next day)
- Weekend Days: 3 weekend days per month (1 Friday, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday), with 1 weekend off per month
Are you the right person for the job?
- At least 3 years experience
- Experience working with small tools is essential
- Qualifications within security and fire would be desirable
- Full driving licence required a small number of points will be accepted
- DBS check carried out prior to the employment offer
What will your role look like?
Carry out fault finding and some new installation on customers’ equipment, including:
- Senior call systems
- Nurse call
- CCTV Fire alarms
- Auto doors
- Smoke Vent
- Intruder alarms
- Door entry and Access control
Previous experience with the above systems is beneficial
What can you expect in return?
- 20 Days annual leave plus all bank holiday

- Company van is supplied with a fuel card
- Hand tools are supplied, with the option to use your own (replaced by the company if preferred)
- Mobile phone is supplied, with the option to use your own (monthly contract paid by the company)
- Tablet will be provided for work use
- Vehicles can be kept at your address in a safe place, with power tools removed at night. A maintenance checklist of vehicles must be sent to the office every 4 weeks
- Up to 200 personal miles per month are allowed
- You will receive support and training as needed to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
