Overview: Aleading provider of payment solutions is looking for motivated andresultsdriven Field Sales Executives to join their team. This roleinvolves visiting businesses to present payment solutionsconducting cold calls and driving the adoption ofproducts.

TrainingRequirement: The position requires a 2week trainingperiod at the Grimsby office. Travel and accommodation will beprovided if the commute is over 30 miles or takes 1.5 hours. Pleaseapply only if you can commit to this trainingrequirement.

  • Excellent basic salary of 30000 with uncappedcommission (OTE 70000).

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets with thepotential to earn a sixfigure income.
  • Identifyand target businesses in your territory through coldcalling.
  • Conduct inperson visits to presentpayment solutions to potential clients.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with business ownersdecisionmakers and key stakeholders.
  • Understandthe needs and challenges of each prospect and tailor presentationsaccordingly.
  • Communicate the benefits andfeatures of payment solutions addressing any questions orobjections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team andmanagement to develop effective salesstrategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trendscompetitor offerings and product portfolio to guide clientseffectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a field sales or B2B salesrole.
  • Strong organisational skills with theability to work independently and manage yourschedule.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsorientedwith a track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills both verbal andwritten.
  • Ability to build rapport and establishtrust with potential clients.
  • Valid driverslicence and willingness to travel within the designatedterritory.
  • Knowledge of payment solutions orfinancial products is anadvantage.
