Responsibilities:
Assess families' needs and strengths
Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals
Provide emotional support and guidance
Offer practical help, such as budgeting advice, parenting classes, or help finding childcare
Make referrals to other services, such as housing or mental health support
Advocate for families and ensure their voices are heard
In some cases, work to prevent children from entering care
