Family Support Worker – Liverpool
Outreach – office hours Monday to friday
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Driving License is Required
An enhanced DBS subscribed to the Update Service
Minimum 1 years direct experience in a similar role
This is a Temporary position, starting as soon as possible for at least 1 month but ongoing, could be a lot longer.
Preferably a level 3 in Health and Social care OR children and Young People
We will need reference contacts
Semester recruitment are a specialist recruitment business supporting Children and Young People, vulnerable families, Refugee and Asylum, and Housing.
Hours for this position are 9-5 monday to friday (flexibility maybe required)
Up to £14.50 an hour with mileage paid 37. 5 hours a week
Although temporary this position could open up a permanent position.
You will be managing a small caseload of vulnerable families and keep regular appointments with them in line with their current care plans.
