Our client is a strong West Midlands firm with a long-standing reputation for the provision of high quality family law advice. The firm is progressive, offers great flexibility and promotes a healthy merit based culture.
In this key role, you'll be comfortable advising on a range of family matters including divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial settlement and ancillary relief, cohabitation and separations, pre and post-nuptial agreements and Children Act work. You'll be acting on behalf of an established client base of private individuals including HNW clients with significant assets.
Working as part of a successful and growing family practice, you'll also enjoy building strong relationships with clients and on occasion, will be able to supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
This role would suit a family solicitor with at least 4 years PQE+ with excellent technical and client care skills.
